Thomas Baril III
CSCS · CPT · M.S. Sports Performance and Coaching
A college strength and conditioning coach who has trained Division I athletes at Kansas State, Texas A&M, and West Florida. Now he writes programs for you.
Thomas grew up in Allen, Texas, and started coaching young athletes at Michael Johnson Performance back home. That turned into a career in college weight rooms.
At Texas A&M he earned his B.S. in Applied Exercise Physiology while interning with Aggie Football and Olympic Sports, running strength and conditioning for the Women's Lacrosse club, and training clients at Rec Sports.
He then spent two years at the University of West Florida leading strength and conditioning for UWF Volleyball, helping lead it for UWF Football, and earning his M.S. in Sports Performance and Coaching. Today he coaches strength and conditioning for Kansas State Football.
TB3 Strength is how he brings that same college-level programming to everyone else. Stay hungry.
From college weight rooms to yours.
In the weight room and on the field.

Eagle Scout. Faith first. Always hungry.
When he's not in the weight room, Thomas is reading, cooking, or outside.
